Weekly Top for 3-2-18

Folks,

30th Annual Battle of the Books-
I want to thank Kristin and Deb for all their hard work that they have put into Battle of the Books!  The kids have been reading like crazy!  It will be a fun afternoon!  Sharon and her girls have also prepared a fun lunch for the 7th graders today as well!

No Meeting Monday, BLT Tuesday-
We do not have a meeting next Monday, but BLT will meet next Tuesday.

Assemblies and Staff-
Moving forward I would like staff in our assemblies (Gym, auditorium), unless it is your conference period.  Being in the hallway outside sends the wrong message to students, and a lot of staff are inside helping supervise.  Many of you were in the stands and around the edges and it is appreciated.  :)

Choir Festival-
In case you missed the announcement, all our choirs received "1's" which is excellent and the highest honor you can receive.  Our 7th & 8th grade choirs were the only middle school choirs to sight read advanced.  They also received perfect scores in rhythm and pitch!  Great job to all our choirs and Beth!  Great preparation!!!!
