Good luck at State-
We wish Ian and kids good luck at the National History Day competition in Bay City tomorrow.  We also wish Kelly K. and kids good luck at MSU tomorrow for Science Olympiad.  The students have all prepared and worked so hard, so they are already winners in our minds!

Upton Book Fair-
The Upton Spring book fair is coming next week! A great one-stop shop for new and exciting titles, additions to your summer reading lists, and more.  The fair will run from Monday, April 30th-Friday, May 4th.  Your purchases help our media center collection!  Thanks!

Staff Safety Survey-
Please take this survey that all employees at all buildings are taking.  This feedback will help us moving forward.  Thanks for doing this!  Link:  Staff Safety Survey

Blossomtime Queens & Kings arriving on Wednesday, May 2nd-
The Blossomtime queens & kings will be watching a planetarium show on May 2nd.  At the conclusion of the show we will have some hosts walk the queens & kings in a clap-around.  They will get done at 8:45 AM, so the timing of this will take your help with your 1st hours.  Thanks in advance for helping with this!

M-Step for 6th & 7th grade-
Next week begins 6th & 7th grade M-Step.  We will begin with Math.  The 8th grade deadline for make-ups is by next Friday, May 4th.  The week after that the NWEA Reading and Math will take place.

Go Time for May 10th-
We are going to have an open session in the Blue Gym for all students to attend a 30-minute sneak peak of The Little Mermaid Jr.  This means unless they are requested by a teacher for a intervention we will have the students attend the show.   This will give our performers a chance to go in front of a crowd before the May 12th performances.

D-Relays next Wednesday, May 2nd-
The Hank D'Agostino relays will be next Wednesday, May 2nd.  It is always one of the best sporting events of the school year.  Come on out and support the Upton Bears Co-Ed relays!

Ren Baldwin Technology Festival Friday, May 11th-
The Ren Baldwin Technology Festival will be on Friday, May 11th from 6:00-7:30 at St. Joseph High School.  It should once again be a wonderful display of our students' talents.

BLT Tuesday-
The last BLT meeting of the year is this Tuesday, May 1st.  We will be finishing the school improvement plan.  DLC members only needed for this meeting.
